At Spark Holidays, we value your trust and strive to deliver the best travel experiences. However, once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to the following cancellation terms and conditions:
1. General Cancellation Rules
- All bookings, tours, activities, and services booked through Spark Holidays are non-cancellable and non-refundable in any circumstances.
- Once a payment is made and a booking is confirmed, no changes, reschedules, or cancellations are allowed.
- This policy applies to all services, including tour packages, hotel bookings, transfers, activities, and visa services.
2. Combo Packages
- If you’ve booked a combo package and choose to cancel any part of it, the entire combo offer becomes invalid.
- In such cases, the individual tour rates will apply, and any remaining balance will be non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy
- Failure to show up for a tour, activity, or transfer at the scheduled time will be considered a No-Show, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
- This also applies to unused tickets, missed sightseeing tours, hotel stays, or any partially used service.
4. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Situations
- In rare cases where the service cannot be provided due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, weather conditions, flight cancellations, political unrest, or government restrictions), Spark Holidays will try to assist with rescheduling or providing a credit note, subject to availability.
- However, monetary refunds will not be issued in such situations.
5. Cancellation by Spark Holidays
- In the unlikely event that Spark Holidays has to cancel your booking due to operational reasons, you will be offered one of the following options:
- A similar alternative package or service of equivalent value.
- A full refund only if no alternative can be provided.
- Spark Holidays’ liability is limited strictly to the value of the original booking amount.
6. Responsibility
- Spark Holidays acts only as an intermediary between the guest and third-party service providers (such as hotels, transport companies, or local tour operators).
- We are not liable for any cancellation or service issues caused by these third-party vendors.
7. Acceptance of Policy
By confirming a booking through Spark Holidays, you acknowledge and agree to the above Cancellation Policy and confirm that you have read and understood these terms before making the payment.
