Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Policy

All bookings made through Spark Holidays are strictly non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, no refund, cancellation, modification, or rescheduling will be allowed — under any circumstances.

This applies to all Spark Holidays services, including but not limited to:

  • Tour packages and sightseeing activities
  • Hotel and resort bookings
  • Airport transfers and transportation
  • Visa assistance and travel documentation
  • Combo deals, promotional offers, and special discounts
  • Any add-on or customized travel service

2. No Refund in Any Circumstance

No refund will be issued in cases such as (but not limited to):

  • Change of travel plans or personal reasons
  • No-show or delay at the pick-up point or tour location
  • Incorrect or incomplete travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
  • Denied visa, immigration, or airport entry
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections
  • Weather conditions, traffic delays, or unforeseen local restrictions
  • Natural calamities, political unrest, or government-imposed closures
  • Service dissatisfaction, partial usage, or unused inclusions

All payments are final and non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.


3. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, airline cancellations, or other events beyond our control), Spark Holidays will make every effort to assist you with rescheduling or future credit (if available from suppliers).
However, monetary refunds will not be provided under any circumstance.


4. Acceptance of Policy

By booking any tour, service, or activity through Spark Holidays, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are completely non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please review all booking details carefully before confirming your payment.
