1. Pricing
Our pricing policy ensures competitive rates along with the convenience of making secure online reservations.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices listed on our website are per person and exclude:
- Tips to guides or drivers
- Passport or visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Meals and beverages (unless specified)
- Accommodation services such as room service or laundry
Prices may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, or transportation costs.
2. Methods of Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Customers must provide valid payment details to complete the transaction, which will appear as a charge on their account statement.
3. Confirmation of Payment
Once your payment is successfully processed, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation email with your booking details.
Please ensure that all travel information provided during booking is accurate. The confirmation slip serves as proof of payment and must be presented to the service provider to redeem your tour or package.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
- Each tour, activity, attraction, or hotel listed on Spark Holidays has its own individual cancellation policy. Please review it before booking.
- Combo tours can be cancelled; however, if any single activity within a combo package is cancelled, the combo offer becomes void. In such cases, the individual tour rate will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
- Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment has been made on the Spark Holidays website.
- Before booking combo packages, please ensure that all listed tours and services are available. Only the available tours and services will be provided.
4.2 No-Show
If you fail to show up for a booked tour or service, no refund (full or partial) will be provided.
This policy also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur services.
Rescheduling is not permitted for confirmed bookings, including airport transfers and other travel services.
5. Cancellation Procedures
Before cancelling any booking, please review the applicable cancellation rules for your specific package.
To cancel, you must send a written cancellation request to Spark Holidays. Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and applicable charges via email or phone.
Spark Holidays is not responsible for any cancellation requests that are not received or not confirmed by our team.
6. Itinerary Amendments
All itineraries and services are subject to change based on local conditions, weather, flight schedules, or other factors beyond our control.
If changes occur, we will provide an alternative of similar value (subject to availability).
Spark Holidays reserves the right to make minor amendments to itineraries at any time without compensation.
No refunds will be provided for changes caused by events of force majeure (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political unrest, etc.).
7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in / Check-out Policy
If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative of a similar category and budget.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings vary depending on the property’s policy.
Spark Holidays cannot be held responsible for early check-in or late check-out requests not accommodated by the hotel due to availability constraints.
8. Travel Insurance
Spark Holidays shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their journey.
9. Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and valid ID proofs.
Spark Holidays will not be liable for refunds in cases of denied entry, missing documents, or invalid paperwork.
Foreign travelers should verify the latest entry, visa, and health requirements with their respective consulates prior to travel.
10. Website Usage Restrictions
All content on this website—including logos, images, package information, and pricing—is the intellectual property of Spark Holidays.
By using this website, you agree not to reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the site or its content for any commercial or unlawful purpose.
11. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Spark Holidays does not deal with or provide services/products to any of the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
